Just curious, I got a chocolate lab mix a month ago or so. I noticed right away she was about 15-20 pounds overweight. After giving her her second bath I noticed she is missing hair on her side and toward her hind quarters. Female will be 2 in April and thoughts?

Does the hair appear to be growing back at all? Is she itchy? Is her flea treatment up to date? Is the area inflamed?
