my cat is about 15 years old, i've had her since i was little. her eye is watering and she keeps sneezing can you tell me whats wrong or what i can do?

Is she fully vaccinated and are her vaccinations up to date?, is my first question. If not, then it could be cat flu. If vaccinations are up to date then it is unlikely to be cat flu.
An allergy is a possibility if she is sneezing with watery eyes. Is it just one eye? Is it clear or is there pus- maybe an infection.
The other thing cats are prone to are foreign bodies such as pieces of grass either in the nose or the back of the throat.
I think either way the best approach is to take her to your local vet for an examination. THat way he or she will be able to narrow down this list of possibilities and hopefully give you an answer.
