i think my kitten has blood in her poop is something wrong?

Has your kitten had a stool sample checked by your vet? Unfortunately parasites are all to common in puppies and kittens and is a very possible cause of the symptoms you are seeing. Even though you might not see any obvious parasites with the naked eye there are often eggs in the sample which can be checked by microscope analysis.
I would probably take your kitten and a poop sample in to be checked over by your vet. In the meantime feeding him/her a bland diet eg adding some chicken and rice may help a little
