My cat has been poopung on the floor. She knows where her litter box it, and uses it to urinate. She tends to pick a corner to use or shell do it right next to the litter box but never in it. She will not urinate in the box if there is any feces in there (I've tried putting the feces in the box to show her that thats where it goes). In this case, she will urinate outside of the box. Her stools are soft but i noticed a little bit of mucous threading and possibly some blood. She is a happy, active, loving cat, and I've tried every thing. I've taken the lid off the litter box, I've moved it, I've even sprayed cat deterrent in the places she likes to go. She is the only pet in the apartment, and gets lots of attention. I love her very much, but this is getting to be too much. The vets cannot find anything wrong with her currently, although she had a tapeworm when we first got her. Could the tapeworm be back? Please help!
