Cat not feeling well

Baby doll is not feeling well since this a.m.
He is lethargic, not interested in food or playing (this is unusual)His ears and nose are warm to the touch.

    Hi there

    It does sound like he has a fever, and if this is still going on, I would take him to the vet for a check over and treatment, he may need antiinflammatories and antibiotics. Is he drinking at all? It is very important to get water down him to prevent dehydration.
