What does it mean if my cat can't feel his back legs? He is at the vet right now, and they said he has a bladder infection, but they don't know what is wrong with his legs. Someone please answer soon.

Are his paws cold?
If so he may have throw a blod clot to his back legs. If not does he have motor/deep pain in his hind legs?

Yes, his paws WERE cold. I hadn't found this response till today. My pet is deceased, now. But, thank you for taking the time to answer my question. He had a saddle thrombus, which is supposedly supposed to be a rare form, and usually untreatable form of a blood clot. They couldn't do anything for him. I miss him very dearly, but me and my family know he is in a better place now. Thanks, again. :-) God Bless Isabela

Yes this is a terrible problem a large amount of big male cats have. Euthanasia is the best choice as it is very painful and has a very low chance of improvement.
I am very sorry for your loss, but rest peacefully knowing you made the right decision.

I can't be of any help 'cause I don't know much about that kind of stuff. But I read your post and I couldn't help but feel sorry for you and your cat. Keep him at the vets until they know how to cure it. Don't let anything stop you from curing your cat. I wish you the best of luck!!!!!!
