My cat has a rash/bite under his chin. I have been applying warm compressing and neosporin is this OK?

just bathe in dilute warm salt water to keep clean. if it is a bite it may form an abscess which may burst or may become lethargic and need a course of medication to treat. if it is a rash and doesn't clear up after 24-48 hours or gets worse contact your veterinary practice. hope this helps
