For the first time ever, my dog did not his food this morning or take any treats. He had a noisy stomach earlier and is very lethargic. What are some possible problems?

could he have eaten anything he shouldn't have? try heating some chicken up and temoting him with small bits, syringe water into his mouth if he is not drinking to prevent dehydration. take him to a veterinary centre if he continues to not eat or stays very flat. check gum colour, they should be nice and pink, if they are pale contact a vet immediately. good luck

thank you for your info. i have a 9 month old chihuahua that stopped eating and drinking. i do not know if this is because my daughters puppy was sick and at the vet. but when she brought him home she brought the puppy in my house. or if it is because of something else. i will be taking him to the vet. again thank you
