my bird is nearly baldy due to feather plucking

can anyone give me advice on how i can help my 7 year old blue and gold parrot stop feather plucking she has been to the vet and had tests but all came back clear. i have tried many products from pet stores but none have helped, she has a companion and plenty of toys.many thanks.

    ensure that she is getting sunlight and darkness so try putting a towel over the cage if it is light for more than 12 hours there. change her cage around for stimulation. try changing diet too many sunflower seeds can increase feather plucking to see if that helps. parrots feather pluck either because there is a medical problem or behavioural problem. have a look at this website it is quite useful.

    thanks for you advice, i move her cage round regulary, one of the only things i havent tried is changing her diet i will try this and see if it works,she gets plenty of fruit and veggies but i will reduce the amount of sunflower seeds and see if this helps. many thanks
