My doggie was born with a bald spot and around the bald spot there's some little vains poppin out, and today he started scratching his head and it started bleeding a little bit on the vains.. but the thing is that it don't hurt him at all n when i took him to the vet they said it was nothing because it don't hurt him, but now when he was scratching it got all swollen and it's scary, can you help me to see if i should take him to another vet incase is urgent? Thank you very much
