my dog is six months old now. he is 90% house broken but we have this problem where he pees while he is running around. he just did it this morning again and he had been out not even twenty minutes before. he walk or runs around and pee just comes out and we get these swirl marks all over the carpet and he just keeps on doin whatever he is doing and doesnt let usknow he has to to go. we initialy thought it was casue he was full and cant hold that well and he has a problem with letting us know but this time he was just out and did not drink anything after he came back in. is this a bladder problem or a puppy problem.
