my 12 year old dachshound got a Dhl+P+P+Corona shot yesterday, this morning he had a lump on his side around his stomach and if I touch it he yaps. what can it be?
my 12 year old dachshound got a Dhl+P+P+Corona shot yesterday, this morning he had a lump on his side around his stomach and if I touch it he yaps. what can it be?

is this lump where the vaccination was injected? sometimes they can have injection site reactions, if this is the same area, monitor for 24 hours and if it doesn't reduce or gets worse then contact the vets who gave him the vaccination. if he is off his food or lethargic then contact your vets. hhope this helps a little.

he got the shot in the right sholder, he didn't want to walk around this morning, this afternoon he is walking around a little bit better but still very sore. but I see improvement. Thanks
