Hi there, The first thing we need to work out is whether or not this was a seizure. Most seizures in dogs (the type epileptics have) are what we call 'tonic/clonic'. They are usually accompanied by a loss of consciousness, and consist of a tonic phase, where the increased muscle tone causes the animal to fall on its side with its limbs extended, and a clonic phase, consisting of intense muscle jerking or paddling movements. Urination and defecation is common during the seizure. If you think Bo's experience doesn't fit with this description, it is unlikely to have been a classic seizure. To be honest, a one off episode of vomiting, as long as the dog seems back to normal afterwards and is bright, alert and responsive, does not require a trip to the vet. If the symptoms continue though, you do need to take Bo to a vet clinic. Dogs often vomit, they tend to eat too quickly sometimes which can cause reflex vomiting, or scavenge off the ground, which can lead to bacterial gastritis also causing vomiting. The accompanying nausea might make the dog feel 'wobbly'. If Bo seems back to normal now I wouldn't worry, but would advise 24hrs starvation (plenty of water but no food) and a bland diet for a few days (e.g. cooked chicken and boiled rice).
