Veterinary Surgeon at Chipping Norton Veterinary Hospital

Work Experience

I have been qualified as a vet since 2001. I worked in Banbury for 1 year and then moved to Chipping Norton in 2002 where I have been based for the last 5 years. This is a RCVS accredited small animal practice. I have a keen interest in Surgery and Behaviour. I am passionate about what I do and am especially keen to educate people in the proper way to train dogs but welcome any questions about dog and cat behaviour. I am currently studying to become a dog psychologist. I am qualified in veterinary acupuncture which is a very effective treatment for managing chronic pain and welcome questions about this too. I have a great deal of experience in general cat and dog practice but also am very knowledgable about rabbits, rats and guinea-pigs. I pride myself in keeping up to date and have attended many courses relevant to every day small animal practice.

I have 2 children, 2 dogs, 2 pigs and 4 chickens which take up most of my time. My younger dog is a 6 month old Springer Spaniel who I am hoping to start agility with this summer.
