Qualified Veterinary Nurse at Kingsnorth Vets

Work Experience

Qualified as Vet Nurse in Jan 2005 after 2 years on the job training (NVQ 2 and 3 passed with credit). I locumed at various small animal 1st opinion and referal practices for 18 months and then became head nurse at a 4 nurse practice for 18 months. I have recently moved closer to my family and am now a member of a 6 nurse small animal practice.

I am nearly finished with an Advanced Diploma in Canine Behaviour Management and have been holding behavioural clinics at work for the past few months for all small pets (dogs, cats, rabbies, g.pigs, bird and reptiles). I have always kept many pets from Giant African Land Snails to horses.

Graduated in 2005 from College of Animal Welfare with a Vocational, Technical or Trade school in Vet Nursing
